Leigh Santy is a bilingual educator who has over 25 years of experience working in public schools.  

She has been a bilingual teacher, ELL and Title I Coordinator, Elementary Principal, District Assessment and Growth Coordinator, and Literacy Coach. 

 At the heart of all of her work Leigh is a coach who loves to engage in deep conversation about instruction and the systems we implement that can support student learning. 

Leigh enjoys hiking, reading, and gardening.  She lives in Corvallis with her two teenagers. 

Maggie Meneghin is a bilingual educator and English language development teacher who has over a decade of experience teaching in public schools.

She has been consulting since 2019 and has also worked as a facilitator in the Oregon State University TEAMS program (Teachers Educating All Multilingual Students). 

Maggie is passionate about language instruction, academic conversations and working with teacher teams to make rigorous grade level content accessible to all students. 

She lives on a farm with her husband and twin boys and outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, and singing in a small choir.
