Services 

Workshops are designed to meet your needs.  This may be a half day, full day, or a number of days throughout the school year.

We work with you to determine what content we will focus on.  Some examples of topics are the models of co-teaching, how to communicate effectively within teams, sheltered instructional strategies, or collaborative planning.

All workshops are designed with active engagement in mind.  Teachers have multiple opportunities to experience interactive strategies that they can use with students and time to plan what that could look like in their own classroom.

Coaching cycles are a flexible plan that will be adapted to the needs of the team we are working with.  Coaching cycles tend to be an 8-10 week cycle that can be designed for co-teaching teacher teams or leaders who are implementing improvement plans.

Better Collaboration can coach teaching teams and leadership teams.  Coaching goals will be co-constructed with the team and Better Collaboration Coaches based on input from the team.  Coaches will work with the team to refine teacher and/or leadership practices to achieve that goal.

Implementing new systems is a very adaptive process.  Through year round consultation, we will work with your leadership team to address the specific barriers you are facing.

If a school is newly implementing a co-teaching model this may be working with administrators to design a school wide schedule that supports co-teaching or guiding administrators to observe co-taught classrooms and engage in reflective conversations with teachers.

We can coach leadership teams to identify goals and develop improvement plans to implement the change they want to see in schools.
